Ready to take the steps necessary to grow your business? Anhertec Solutions uses a tested and honed process to take any business to the next level. Anhertec begins its consulting services with an in depth business discovery.
Discovery: Every consulting engagement starts with discovery to learn how your business operates. This is where Anhertec uncovers hidden profit and revenue inhibitors, identifies sales organizational concerns and extracts key insights and potential opportunities that will determine any project’s direction. Anhertec will conduct a series of workshops that will capture the client’s valuable knowledge and experience. Understanding where a client positions itself in a business landscape helps shape the direction of future change.
Current State Summary:
Once discovery is completed, Anhertec sits down with its client to review the information gleamed from discovery and present it in a form that is understandable and digestible. This offers up opportunities for clarity for both the client and Anhertec. CSS allows the triage process to identify the items that have the largest impact on the business with the fastest turn around time.
Plan of Action:
Anhertec collaborates closely with its client’s leadership team to develop an action plan, set short-term and long-term goals and agree on a timeline for deliverables. We document these deliverables, set up stage gates and agree on a service level agreement (SLA) that both parties can work within. At this point a project scope document is confirmed and a project plan is reviewed and begun.
Future State:
At this point, Anhertec has developed a tailored solution to our client needs and goals. We pave the way to adoption and organizational change with close attention paid to the change management process. Anhertec confirms that the client’s teams are actively responding to the new solutions and understand the new processes, tools and change goals.
Measure Process Adoption and Results:
Adoption is key to long-term results. Similar to the Six Sigma DMAIC control process, Anhertec understands that any new process can easily get derailed if it is not monitored actively. New patterns of business often take time to become ingrained in the business workflow and culture.
Often termed a Post-mortem, this process looks back at the work done and confirms that changes are delivering the results desired. If an unforeseen variable is causing less then optimized results, it allows for coarse corrections to be made.
This step is often ignored or breezed thru by unseasoned project management teams, but is as critical as Discovery to making sure lasting change has been achieved. Anhertec doesn’t disengage until our client is confident in the solution and is seeing repeatable, sustainable, predictable and long lasting results.
